I’ve already ordered my high quality shutters. Will I ever get my shutters installed?
Yes, you most definitely will. If you are an existing customer, then we’d like to reassure you that your shutter order is safe and ready to be completed as soon as we are able to. Although, there is likely to be a delay in getting your shutters fitted, we will make your order a priority once it is safe for us to visit people’s homes again. We’d like to take this opportunity to apologise for this delay and promise to keep you full informed of any developments. Is this going to have an impact on lead times?
The good news is our supplier in China is completely back to normal and has everything in stock, so our lead time is around 10 weeks. This is far better than most larger shutter companies.
And for your peace of mind all our shutters are being fully fumigated when they arrive in England, so you don’t have to have any concerns about health and hygiene.
So, can I still order shutters at this time?
The answer is most definitely yes. We are currently still working as an online business, so while we can’t complete any shutter installations, you can still look through our full shutter range, decide which of the styles you prefer and request a quote. We are also more than happy to book in a rough appointment time for when this situation is all over.
